We have just had a new water softener installed. This was done with a minimum of fuss, they even installed a new garden tap for us. We have had this for two weeks and the results are amazing, no more smeary shower screens or wall tiles, I use a 1/4 of the washing up liquid, shampoo, conditioner and washing powers. And the best thing of all, tea tastes marvelous with no scum on the top. I would recommend this to anyone
